Manufacturer Defects or Damage

In the rare event that an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or production error, we will gladly make it right.

To be eligible:

The issue must be manufacturing-related (e.g., misprint, construction flaw, damage during production).
Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Clear photographic evidence is required.

If approved, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:

A replacement of the same item, or
Store credit equal to the original purchase price
