Returns & Exchanges Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Every product offered on sabet.love is custom-made to order and created specifically for each customer at the time of purchase. Because of the bespoke nature of our work, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

This policy applies to all products, including but not limited to:

  • Apparel
  • Limited edition items
  • Artwork
  • Prints
  • Collaborations
  • Special drops

No Returns or Exchanges

We do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference issues
  • Fit, feel, or aesthetic expectations
  • Delayed delivery
  • Ordering errors made at checkout

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, sizing charts, and descriptions carefully before completing a purchase.

Manufacturer Defects or Damage

In the rare event that an item arrives with a verified manufacturing defect or production error, we will gladly make it right.

To be eligible:

  • The issue must be manufacturing-related (e.g., misprint, construction flaw, damage during production).
  • Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Clear photographic evidence is required.

If approved, we will provide one of the following at our discretion:

  • A replacement of the same item, or
  • Store credit equal to the original purchase price

Refunds are not issued.

Final Sale Acknowledgment

By placing an order on sabet.love, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Your item is custom-produced exclusively for you
  • All sales are final
  • No returns, exchanges, or cancellations will be permitted outside of manufacturer defects
